RETROSPECTIVE - Sev 3 - 5369620 - Failed requests to PPS causing issues with viewing/selecting Offers

Resolved Earlier today (9:05 am), we were made aware of an issue with failed requests to PromoPay for 20 minutes causing issues with viewing or selecting offers. A ticket has been logged with PPS for root cause analysis. We will continue to monitor the service. No further updates to be published.

SEV2 - 5363942 - Promotional deals not being applied / Incorrect prices on Online Shop

Resolved The issues with the promotional deals not being applied have been identified and resolved. This was due to a configuration error in one part of the infrastructure. All deals are now functioning as expected. Please note there was a separate issue with freeze filler deals which was impacting stores too. This has been addressed and the fix will take effect overnight. No further comms as this will remain in watch status.

Resolved We continued to monitor the service over the weekend and performance has since remained stable. We are not seeing any further issues with members ability to view or select offers. A PIR will be arranged as soon as we received an RCA from our 3rd party supplier PPS. No further updates.

Resolved Apologies for the lateness of this update, the status page itself was updated but the comms weren't emailed out: 08th January 2024 - 11.30am: The increase in traffic last night has been ruled out as anything malicious. Services resume as normal. The impact to customers would have been a delay of earning rewards by a few hours, however, during the night, traffic is virtually zero so minimal disruption. No further updates
