  The issues with the promotional deals not being applied have been identified and resolved. This was due to a configuration error in one part of the infrastructure. All deals are now functioning as expected. Please note there was a separate issue with freeze filler deals which was impacting stores too. This has been addressed and the fix will take effect overnight. No further comms as this will remain in watch status.

  Issues with promotional deals not being applied on Online Shop persist. To reduce impact we have removed the top deals link from the main aisles menu. However, customers will still be able to navigate to such deals via sign posts around the site. Investigations into the cause and resolution continue. Next Update: 2 p.m or earlier if significant.

  There is currently an issue where promotional deals are not being applied and incorrect prices are being displayed on shop.co.uk. This could result in customers being charged incorrectly. This is being investigated by multiple resolving teams. Next update: 12:30 p.m.
