Resolved The Online Shop service has been resumed. There appears to have been a number of issues which contributed to the cause, all impacting each other. Each of these issues were fixed individually to eventually restore service. The Maintenance Page was removed once all tests ran successfully. Complete analysis to be undertaken for the Post Incident review. This will remain in monitoring status. No further updates.

Sev 2 - Incident 4807873 - Food Ecommerce Service intermittent performance issues

Resolved Full functionality with the Online Shop service remained since it stabilised yesterday evening. The actual root cause is still being worked on by both Naveo and Co-op as it looks to be a running process potentially causing capacity issues. There are plans in place to increase capacity before this afternoon to reduce risk of re-occurrence if the cause hasn't been confirmed. Regular monitoring to be undertaken until complete resolution. Root cause to be managed as part of the PIR. No further updates.
