Full functionality with the Online Shop service remained since it stabilised yesterday evening. The actual root cause is still being worked on by both Naveo and Co-op as it looks to be a running process potentially causing capacity issues. There are plans in place to increase capacity before this afternoon to reduce risk of re-occurrence if the cause hasn't been confirmed. Regular monitoring to be undertaken until complete resolution. Root cause to be managed as part of the PIR. No further updates.
» UpdatedIssues with using the Online Shop service seem to have become stable as the errors have reduced since 4.50pm. We are still awaiting further updates from Naveo who had advised that their engineers were working on this. There may be some lingering impact on stores using the picker app. We will continue to monitor as the online service seems remains functional. Next update 13/12 10am or at earlier significant event.
