  The Online Shop service has been resumed. There appears to have been a number of issues which contributed to the cause, all impacting each other. Each of these issues were fixed individually to eventually restore service. The Maintenance Page was removed once all tests ran successfully. Complete analysis to be undertaken for the Post Incident review. This will remain in monitoring status. No further updates.

  There is currently no further update on the resolution of these issues so Engineers will continue to progress with their investigations. This is being treated at an escalation level so all available parties are working on the matter. Next update 7pm or earlier at significant progress.

  We identified an issue with an increase of activity on the site with some potential rogue traffic. These have been blocked by the Platform Team. We continue to see issues with adding to the basket, so we are raising this with Naveo to check but also checking internal infrastructure capacity. The Maintenance Page will be deployed to mitigate impact. Next update at 2pm

• Investigating

  We had had reports of customers using the Online Shop service being unable to place an order. When adding items to the basket, the totals aren't updating as well as other degraded performance. This is being investigated by various teams. Next update 1pm.
