    Issues with Funeralcare Branch Finder have been resolved. Platform Engineer re-ran the data import job. Service is now returning correct results. Root cause to be managed as part of the PIR. No further updates.

    Issues with Funeralcare Branch Finder seem to have been resolved. Platform Engineer re-ran the data import job. Service is now returning correct results. We will continue to monitor the service. Next update 14/12 10am or at earlier time if any significant changes

    Customers using the Funeralcare Branch finder service are being shown a set of static and incorrect results and are therefore unable to locate branch details. This is being investigated internally. Next update 7pm or at significant event
