Awareness - Kronos Maintenance 26th September

Scheduled Between 23:00 on Friday 26th and 06:00 on Saturday 27th September, UKG a 3rd party provider will be performing a scheduled maintenance. There is a planned outage of service during this window which will cause disruption to colleagues who will not be able to access Shifts to view/amend their rota. All business areas impacted by the change have been informed.

P2 - 6155064 - Membership Sign In and password reset unavailable

Resolved Between 11:08 – 11:52 Members were unable to sign in to the Co‑op Membership app or website. This means they could not access their account, register, reset passwords, or select/change Offers. Online orders that required login may have been affected. CBS also experienced increased contact volumes related to this issue. Change CP-7615 which caused the issue was completed to restore service. A Change Implementation Review will be conducted. No further updates to follow

Awareness - FNC HALO and D365 releases - MTC release

Scheduled The FNC Plans page will be unavailable between 17:15 and 21:00 on Friday 19th September due to a scheduled D365 deployment (CR 584164). A maintenance page will be deployed for the duration of the outage advising users of the outage and to try again later.

P2 - 6145159 - Co-op Membership Access issue

Resolved The root cause for the incident was identified as a change deployed earlier today, which was impacting Membership services were affected, including Member sign-in, Offers, QComm (Member pricing for new sign-ins), and CBS Salesforce. The change was rolled back to restore service. Testing and monitoring confirm full recovery across all areas. No further updates.
