    Between 11:08 – 11:52 Members were unable to sign in to the Co‑op Membership app or website. This means they could not access their account, register, reset passwords, or select/change Offers. Online orders that required login may have been affected. CBS also experienced increased contact volumes related to this issue. Change CP-7615 which caused the issue was completed to restore service. A Change Implementation Review will be conducted. No further updates to follow

  • Investigating

    Since 11:08, members are unable to sign in to the Co‑op Membership app or website. This means they cannot access their account, register, reset passwords, or select/change Offers. Online orders that require login may be affected. CBS may also experience increased contact volumes related to this issue. In‑store redemption for existing members is expected to continue as tills validate membership separately, but members will not be able to update Offers until sign‑in is restored. The team are working to complete the code deployment in order to resolve the issues. Next update expected around 13:00
