Resolved The issue around personal offers not loading started to resolve at 11.35am following scaling activity at PPS. Service has been fully restored, but the incident will remain in watch status a little while longer. Root cause is to be discussed in the Post Incident Review. No further updates.

Resolved There were extensive investigations by multiple teams and Third party Naveo into the cause and resolution of this picking email issue. Due to the time taken to raise a proposed fix, this incident was upgraded to a severity 2 to reduce any growing impact over the weekend. This morning at 7am, Naveo rolled out a change to resolve the issue which has been successful. All resolving teams continue to monitor the service which has so far returned no errors or service impact. Further root cause analysis to be undertaken as part of the Post Incident Review. No further updates.
