The issue around personal offers not loading started to resolve at 11.35am following scaling activity at PPS. Service has been fully restored, but the incident will remain in watch status a little while longer. Root cause is to be discussed in the Post Incident Review. No further updates.
» UpdatedWe are aware of issues affecting our Offers service where customers are unable to access their personal offers via the app or the website. Booster offers appear to be unaffected. The root cause has been identified and we are collaborating with PPS our third party supplier, to restore the service. Next update 12.30pm or earlier if we have a significant update.
