There were extensive investigations by multiple teams and Third party Naveo into the cause and resolution of this picking email issue. Due to the time taken to raise a proposed fix, this incident was upgraded to a severity 2 to reduce any growing impact over the weekend. This morning at 7am, Naveo rolled out a change to resolve the issue which has been successful. All resolving teams continue to monitor the service which has so far returned no errors or service impact. Further root cause analysis to be undertaken as part of the Post Incident Review. No further updates.

» UpdatedThere has been an increase in instances of a known issue where customers placing orders on shop.coop.co.uk are not receiving emails advising them when their order has been picked for delivery or if there are any substituted products in the order. This is being investigated by 3rd Party Supplier Naveo and internal teams to identify a fix. A banner has been added to the shopfront homepage to advise customers of the issue. Next update: 4 p.m.
