Resolved The third-party provider, Auto Address, has confirmed the issue is resolved following a fix applied to a recent release. The maintenance page was removed, and orders continue processing successfully. RCA underway with third party and a PIR will follow. No further updates.

SEV2 - 5746980 - Intermittent Naveo errors

Resolved Service has been stable since the changes made by Naveo yesterday. A further change to increase capacity has been scheduled by Naveo for 6 o'clock tomorrow (12th December) morning, and whilst there may be a short period of degraded on the website there is no outage expected. There are no further updates planned as part of this incident.
