Service has been stable since the changes made by Naveo yesterday. A further change to increase capacity has been scheduled by Naveo for 6 o'clock tomorrow (12th December) morning, and whilst there may be a short period of degraded on the website there is no outage expected. There are no further updates planned as part of this incident.

The maintenance page has been removed and customers are able to place orders again. This incident will be monitored again overnight tonight and will be resolved tomorrow if there are no further issues. Next update tomorrow 12:00.

This has now enabled stores to be able to access the Picker App again but shop.coop.co.uk is still returning errors so the maintenance page remains in place. Naveo are still investigating the issue.
