Resolved The shop.coop.co.uk service has been stable since we re-balanced traffic across both regions at 10.50 this morning. Root cause investigation is ongoing and will be addressed in the Post Incident Review. No further updates.

SEV2 5289160 errors on postcode lookup on shop.coop.co.uk

Resolved At around 11.30 today Co-op were notified of an issue with the postcode lookup on shop.coop.co.uk, preventing customers placing orders using the website or app. A maintenance page was deployed at 11:47 and removed at 12:30 following confirmation from 3rd party Naveo of service restoration. Co-op subsequently observed orders being successfully placed. with service remaining stable since. PIR to follow with root cause from Naveo. No further updates.

Resolved Following a period of monitoring through the weekend, no further issues have been reported since Imperva advised on a fix on Friday. The incident will now be resolved with a follow up PIR arranged to cover off any post incident activities.
