  At around 11.30 today Co-op were notified of an issue with the postcode lookup on shop.coop.co.uk, preventing customers placing orders using the website or app. A maintenance page was deployed at 11:47 and removed at 12:30 following confirmation from 3rd party Naveo of service restoration. Co-op subsequently observed orders being successfully placed. with service remaining stable since. PIR to follow with root cause from Naveo. No further updates.

  At around 11.30 today Co-op were notified of an issue with the postcode lookup on shop.coop.co.uk, preventing customers placing orders using the website or app. A maintenance page was deployed at 11:47 and removed at 12:30 following confirmation from 3rd party Naveo of service restoration. Co-op subsequently observed orders being successfully placed. Incident to remain in watch to confirm service stability this afternoon. This issue also impacted the Picker app used in stores.

• Investigating

  At around 11.30 today we were notified of an issue with the postcode lookup on shop.coop.co.uk which meant users could not place orders using the website or app. A maintenance page has been deployed. The issue is being investigated by 3rd Party Supplier- Naveo. NEXT UPDATE: 13:30.
