From 10am this morning an update to the Co-op app will be rolled out to the Google Play and Apple App stores which including scope changes to prepare for the upcoming launch of Stamps. As a result of this update, anyone who hasn't signed in to their account in the past 60 days will be signed out and will be required to sign in again.

Good news! Service has now been restored. We have tested the Funeralcare plan pages and they are working as expected with no signs of any further issues. This incident is now resolved. A PIR will be scheduled to discuss root cause. No further updates.

Naveo have now reported that they have resolved this issue. Store are able to log into Picker App and postcode search is functional on the ecomm site. - Issue Resolved RCA to follow

The planned release for the eCommerce service (shop.coop.co.uk) was completed successfully within the release window. Initial tests are showing all services as operational, service and support teams will continue to monitor the service throughout the day. No further updates to be published.
