Good news! Service has now been restored. We have tested the Funeralcare plan pages and they are working as expected with no signs of any further issues. This incident is now resolved. A PIR will be scheduled to discuss root cause. No further updates.
» UpdatedIssues with loading the Funeralcare plans pages are still ongoing. The other two links on the website are still working as expected (Urgent enquiry and Direct Cremation). Following investigations this evening by technical support teams, further investigations will need to be completed by the Platform Engineering Teams (Customer Products) during business hours. This team will be engaged first thing in the morning. Investigations will continue on 21/08.
