Naveo have now reported that they have resolved this issue. Store are able to log into Picker App and postcode search is functional on the ecomm site. - Issue Resolved RCA to follow
» UpdatedWe have had reports of Colleagues being unable to login to picker app as well as Customers unable to search postcodes on the ecommerce website. This is being investigated by various teams and out third party Naveo have been engaged. Next update 8pm
