Resolved Service stabilised at 14:24 and has been monitored since then with no signs of any further issues. PPS are still investigating the root cause but this incident is being resolved. A PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.

Resolved PPS has confirmed the issue is now resolved and customers are being returned offers successfully. They continue to investigate the cause of the issue and a full PIR will follow in the upcoming days. No further updates.

Awareness - Kronos Maintenance 28th January

Scheduled On Saturday 28th January between midnight and 06:00 on the 29th January, UKG a 3rd party provider will be performing a scheduled maintenance. There is a planned outage of service during this window which will cause disruption to colleagues who will not be able to access Shifts to view/amend their rota. All business areas impacted by the change have been informed.
