PPS has confirmed the issue is now resolved and customers are being returned offers successfully. They continue to investigate the cause of the issue and a full PIR will follow in the upcoming days. No further updates.
» UpdatedPPS added some extra capacity at around 18:00, and we have seen a sustained period of stability since then, with customers again able to view and select offers. We will continue to monitor this incident overnight with a view to resolving it if there is no further re-occurrence. Next update 09:00 tomorrow or sooner if the situation warrants.
