    PPS has confirmed the issue is now resolved and customers are being returned offers successfully. They continue to investigate the cause of the issue and a full PIR will follow in the upcoming days. No further updates.

    PPS added some extra capacity at around 18:00, and we have seen a sustained period of stability since then, with customers again able to view and select offers. We will continue to monitor this incident overnight with a view to resolving it if there is no further re-occurrence. Next update 09:00 tomorrow or sooner if the situation warrants.

    We are aware of an issue with slow response times and timeouts when Members are trying to view and select offers. This has now been raised to a P2 incident. This has been raised with PPS our third-party supplier who are currently investigating the issue. Next update will be at 19:00, or sooner if the situation changes.

    We are aware of an issue with slow response times and timeouts when Members are trying to view and select offers. This has been raised with PPS our third-party supplier and we are awaiting an update from them. Next update will be at 18:30, or sooner if the situation changes.
