Service stabilised at 14:24 and has been monitored since then with no signs of any further issues. PPS are still investigating the root cause but this incident is being resolved. A PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.
» UpdatedSince ~13:30 we have observed slow response times and timeouts when members are trying to view and select offers. It appears that around 90% of requests into PPS, our third-party supplier, are failing. This has been raised with PPS and we are awaiting an update from them. Next update will be at 15:00, or sooner if the situation warrants.
