Resolved The issue regarding the Online Shop service being unable to load the page correctly causing degraded performance has now been resolved following a change roll back. We will continue to monitor - No further updates if service remains stable.

Planned Outage (CR 570668) - eCommerce (shop.coop.co.uk) Denali Cutover

Resolved The eCommerce (shop.coop.co.uk) service has remained stable over the past hour and has had several successful customer transactions, the service will now be placed into a warranty period. Thanks to all enabling teams for their support and hard work especially over the last 24 hours to get us to this point. No further updates to be posted.

Awareness - Migrate OneHR KRONOS interface from IIB to AIS

Scheduled On Thursday 2nd March from 9am - Friday 10th March 6pm, there will be a change to migrate OneHR KRONOS interface from IIB to AIS. This is being managed by the Projects Retail Team. For more information please refer to the ISM change 570123.
