The eCommerce (shop.coop.co.uk) service has remained stable over the past hour and has had several successful customer transactions, the service will now be placed into a warranty period.
Thanks to all enabling teams for their support and hard work especially over the last 24 hours to get us to this point.
No further updates to be posted.

All cutover and testing activities have been successfully completed, the service will now be monitored live for the next hour.

» UpdatedAll overnight activity including data migration, platform integrations and mobile device application updates have been completed successfully.
Testing is underway and orders have been tracked end to end, however outstanding test cases are still in progress. Therefore, as the priority is to ensure a functional, stable service upon service resumption, testing will proceed past 08:00.
Direct stakeholder communications are also being issued, therefore please avoid contacting the enabling teams directly for updates.
Next update at successful completion of testing, or at 09:00 whichever is sooner.
» UpdatedDue to a cutover task item starting earlier than planned, the maintenance page for the eCommerce (shop.coop.co.uk) service has been applied, the service is now unavailable to customers. Colleagues and support teams are still able to use the service until 22:00.
The maintenance page will remain on the site until the cutover is completed and all testing has been successful, this is expected to be on Wednesday 15th March at 08:00.

» UpdatedPlease be advised that between Tuesday 14th March 21:00 and Wednesday 15th March 08:00 the eCommerce shop.coop.co.uk service will be unavailable to all customers. Colleagues and support teams will be able to use the service until 22:00, when it will become unavailable to all colleagues.
This outage is due to a major infrastructure re-platform in collaboration with our 3rd party service provider Naveo.
During this time a maintenance page will be deployed on the shop site, further updates will be sent pre and post the outage window.
