SEV3 Incident - 4755557 - Offers Timeouts

Resolved Service has been restored as of 18:38. All members will now be able to view & select their offers using the Co-op App & on the portal. PPS continue to investigate the root cause which caused degradation to the Offers service. We now await the Root Cause Analysis report from PPS and will hold an internal Post Incident Review. No further updates.
