Service has been restored as of 18:38. All members will now be able to view & select their offers using the Co-op App & on the portal. PPS continue to investigate the root cause which caused degradation to the Offers service. We now await the Root Cause Analysis report from PPS and will hold an internal Post Incident Review. No further updates.
» UpdatedWe are aware of an issue with slow response times and timeouts when Members are trying to view and select offers using the Co-op App & on the Portal. More than 50% of requests are timing out. This has been raised with PPS our third-party supplier and we are awaiting an update from them. Next update will be at 19:00, or sooner if the situation changes.
