Teradici is temporarily experiencing an outage that is impacting Cloud Access Manager customers. This outage impacts users' ability to establish PCoIP connections to their Remote Workstations. In addition, administrators are unable to create new deployments nor administer them. Teradici is actively investigating and will report back in 60 minutes.

Teradici is temporarily experiencing an issue that may impact Cloud Access Manager customers. This may impact users' ability to establish new PCoIP connections to their Remote Workstations; existing connections are unaffected. Users should be able to successfully connect on subsequent retries. Teradici is actively investigating and will post an update once the cause of the issue has been found.

Slower than normal Remote Workstation deallocate times

All issues regarding slow Remote Workstation deallocation time have been resolved.

After investigating the reported issues, we have modified the method in which Remote Workstations are identified for deallocation to decrease the likelihood that some workstations may experience uncommonly long delays before being deallocated. In addition we have added additional logging to permit more detailed troubleshooting if future concerns are raised. Services appear to be operating normally. However, we will monitor the service and update within the next business day.

We are currently investigating reported issues with deallocating Remote Workstations in Azure that could result in slower than normal deallocation times. We are investigating and will provide an update within the next business day.

CAM Service scheduled maintenance

Maintenance is complete. All systems are operational. Thank you for your patience. During the maintenance there was a brief unexpected outage due to a failure in some services regenerating. The outage was resolved by moving to a secondary system and we will be investigating the cause.
