Cloud Access Manager functionality has returned to normal. Teradici will continue to monitor for any side effects or further service degradation.
» UpdatedTeradici is temporarily experiencing an issue that may impact Cloud Access Manager customers. This may impact users' ability to establish new PCoIP connections to their Remote Workstations; existing connections are unaffected. Users should be able to successfully connect on subsequent retries. Teradici is actively investigating and will post an update once the cause of the issue has been found.
