Resolved We have continued to monitor services for the issue which was impacting membership wallet where customers were unable to view membership balances, and CBS colleagues were unable to view balances or replace cards. Third party support ACI have confirmed there are no ongoing issues and our own monitoring confirms this. No further updates.
