Resolved Between 14:50 and 15:19 today there was an error message when trying to purchase Funeral Plans from the FNC website. This was due to errors when calling the Premiums API. The issue was resolved during investigation, with no teams taking any action to fix.

583120 (CP-6159) - Planned Shifts field manager restructure change

Scheduled There is a planned Shifts change taking place from Friday 3rd January at 16:00. There will be an outage for Shifts from Friday 3rd January 16:00 till Tuesday 7th January 16:00, which will cause disruption to colleagues who will not be able to access Shifts to view/amend their rota. All business areas impacted by the change have been informed.
