  An issue had been identified whereby our customers were being impacted by logging onto our websites, Co-op.co.uk, Insurance, Legal Services and Funeralcare. Imperva was engaged and have put in a fix thats currently being monitored due to an issue with their Advance Bot Protection system. Monitoring is now underway for the next 24 hours by both Imperva and by our teams to ensure service is running as expected. No further updates will be provided unless its necessary.
