    We are pleased to confirm there have been no further reports of performance issues therefore the incident is now resolved. No further updates.

    PPS added some extra capacity at around 11:00, and we have seen a sustained period of stability since then, with customers again able to view and select offers. We will continue to monitor this incident through the afternoon with a view to resolving it if there is no further re-occurrence. Next update 17:00 or sooner if the situation warrants.

    We are still seeing some periods of high latency for PPS requests, though these appear to be less frequent than they were earlier this morning. We are yet to receive an update from our third-party supplier about this but we will escalate this if it breaches SLA. Next update 15:00 or sooner if the situation warrants.

  • Investigating

    Throughout the morning we have observed increased latency and a high number of timeouts for PPS requests. Since 7:45 we have seen over 8700 timeouts. This means that customers will be intermittently unable to view and select offers. A case has been raised with PPS. Next update 12pm or sooner if the situation warrants.
