  There is a planned change by ACI our 3rd party service provider on the 28th July from 9:00 - 17:30 to upgrade to the enhanced endpoint. ACI have been testing the endpoints over the last 30 days & we are confident there is no impact to service however, we will be working with the team to identify genuine alerts and restore our services as soon as possible.
