    The intermittent issue with address look up API on the Funeralcare Pre-Paid Plan & Direct Cremation Websites resolved at 02:39am, customers can now use the address look up feature to select their address when entering their postcode. The team are investigating the root cause of the issue and a post incident review will be held. No further updates.

    We have not been able to successfully identify the problem causing the intermittent issue with the address look up API on the Funeralcare Pre-Paid Plan & Direct Cremation Websites. Which means some customers may not be able to use the address look up feature to select their address when entering their postcode however, they can manually enter the address and continue completing the form online. This will be picked up by the product team in the morning. Next update: 13:00 20/04.
