Following on from the issue yesterday affecting members being able to view their wallet balances, we can confirm that all impacted Android users will now be able to see their wallet balance. The incident will be now be resolved and a PIR will be carried out. No further updates.

Root cause analysis will get underway to understand why this happened. Next update 10:00 tomorrow (05/12).
» UpdatedWe're aware of an issue that's affecting members using Android devices to view their balance on the wallet tab of the Co-op App. Members can still view their balances on the community tab. A fix has been put in place to rectify the issue which could take up to 12 hours for users to view their wallet balances. There's no impact with Members being able to spend their wallet balances. Investigations into the cause are ongoing. Next update 4pm.
