• Update

  Between 09:49 and 10:22 we had identified service degradation with our coop.co.uk sites such as Offers, Funeralcare and Membership. Our investigations showed an issue with Contentful, our 3rd party content provider, which was not behaving as expected and we have raised a ticket for a root cause analysis. Our services are currently stable and will remain under monitoring status. No further updates.
