  24/7 Command centre have advised a non cleared alert for shop.coop.co.uk. Following the MI bridge call, it has been confirmed that no business impact has been reported, either via CBS or the Service Desk. MI stakeholders have agreed to downgrade the incident with Naveo to further investigate the alert on Monday (20/05). The alert has now recovered and service is showing stable.

  24/7 Command centre have advised a non cleared alert for shop.coop.co.uk. The impact is understood to be when adding items to the basket and checkout, this works for customers however it is understood that in store hand held terminals (HHTs) won't be able to process orders and update store inventory data.
