Sev 3 - Offers not loading

    The incident has been monitored throughout the day and at 14:48 a fix had been applied by our 3rd party supplier PPS. Since the fix has been put in place we're not seeing any further errors with customers being able to view and select their offers, resulting in the incident being resolved. A PIR will be arranged. No further updates.

    We've continued to monitor the service throughout the morning and performance has remained stable regarding customers being able to select and view offers. Our 3rd party supplier, PPS have confirmed that there's no issues on their side. Internal investigations are still underway to confirm the RCA. There is minimal impact to customers. Next update by close of business hours today.

  • Investigating

    We have been made aware of an issue where offers are not being returned for a small number of customers either through the mobile app or through www.coop.co.uk/offers. We have raised a high priority support ticket with our 3rd party supplier PPS to investigate, however have yet to receive a response. Following a discussion with the Co-op Major Incident Management team we have confirmed based on the information and relatively low number of errors that we'll reconvene in the morning. Next update 10:00am or sooner if the situation warrants it.
