    We have continued to monitor services for the issue which was impacting membership wallet where customers were unable to view membership balances, and CBS colleagues were unable to view balances or replace cards. Third party support ACI have confirmed there are no ongoing issues and our own monitoring confirms this. No further updates.

  • Update

    The issue with the membership wallet has reduced and we are monitoring the service for stability. Members will be able to register, replace cards, view balance and sign into their membership account. CBS should now be able to replace member cards and adjust wallet balances in salesforce. Next update: 12pm.

  • Investigating

    We are currently investigating an issue with the membership wallet it appears our 3rd party support ACI are not returning a certificate. This means customers will be unable to register, replace cards, view balance and there will be a delay to signing into their membership account. The Co-op Business Services (CBS) desk will also not be able to replace members cards or adjust wallet balances in salesforce. The team are investigating and a case has been raised with ACI. Next update 10am.
