  To resolve the Coop App crashing issue, we obtained approval from Google Play Store and the hot fix release was deployed successfully on Saturday, 13th July. This has been monitored over the weekend. Any users still impacted by this should be advised to update the app to the latest version. No further updates.

• Investigating

  Since Wednesday 10th July, following an upgrade of Coop App, we identified an issue with the app crashing for a small number of Android users. This is currently impacting less than 3% of all active users. An initial hot fix release mitigated some of this issue. A second hot fix release was submitted to Google Play Store yesterday and we are still waiting for approval before this is deployed. Next update: Monday, 15th July at 12 p.m.
