  The increase to the Card Allocation Service (CAS) database has been successfully completed, which has resolved the new membership registration issues. A PIR will now be scheduled by MIM. No further updates.

• Investigating

  We are aware of an issue impacting new membership registrations. A high number of registration errors are being observed. The increase in load is likely, but not confirmed to be due to the Co-op live Drake pre-sale. An increase to the Card Allocation Service (CAS) database is to be undertaken to handle the load. Next update 14:45 or sooner if the situation warrants.
