  As of 14:00, shop.coop.co.uk has maintained it's usual service for 2 hours. The team are therefore confident that the additional resources provided by Naveo have resolved the issues. A root cause analysis will be provided by Naveo and will be reviewed during a post-incident review. No further updates

  As of 12:10, shop.coop.co.uk is showing normal service. Naveo increased resource in some systems following increased memory usage. The incident has been placed into watch status for continuous monitoring throughout the afternoon. Next update at 14:30

• Update

  shop.coop.co.uk continues to be intermittently unavailable. A maintenance page was deployed at 11:10 and then removed at 11:20 following improved stability from Naveo. However the service began to slow down again around 11:40. Naveo are currently deploying further resources to improve performance. A maintenance page will not be deployed at this time. Next update at 13:00

• Investigating

  We have reported issues on the e-commerce website shop.coop.co.uk which was intermittently unavailable. The maintenance page has been deployed while investigations in to root cause continue. This has been raised as the highest priority with our 3rd party suppliers Naveo.
