    All batch files have been re-run successfully bringing all reported issues on the ecommerce website to a complete resolution. A full Post Incident Review will take place with Naveo in due course, No further updates.

    There has been a delay in the re-run of these batch files meaning that the search issue is still present on the shop.coop.co.uk site. However, this has now started and is expected to take around an hour. Next update 4pm or earlier if significant

    The issue with the payments on the shop.coop.co.uk site have been resolved. We have initiated the multi step process to restore visibility of all products when searching. This is due to be completed at around 2pm. Customers can still see and select all products via the index function of the aisles option. Next update around 2.30pm (following batch job re-runs) or earlier if significant.

    Following last night's Naveo Database upgrade, it was observed that from around 8am this morning, customers were unable to pay for their order. There were some reports of this issue earlier but the majority of errors started at around this time. Since 8.20, these errors started to decrease significantly and have now returned to normal levels, not attributed to our systems. There is also a reported issue around the search function on the shop.coop.co.uk site. Depending on the store chosen, not all products are being returned when a customer searches for an item. This is due to an overlap of the database migration during a batch file process. This is currently being planned for a re-run of the data. Next update 10am

    Following the database upgrade undertaken by Naveo, the shop.coop.co.uk service was experiencing slow performance and slot / store selecting issues. This issue has now been resolved and the service is fully functional for customers. A complete RCA to be obtained from Naveo and discussed in a Post Incident Review. No further updates

    Following the Naveo database upgrade, shop.coop.co.uk experienced slow performance and store / slot selection issues. This is due to a load on the database which is currently being investigated. This has been escalated at Naveo to the Principal architect. The maintenance page remains in place. Next update at 5am or earlier if significant.

    OUTAGE REMINDER: TOMORROW WEDNESDAY 21st February at 11pm. There is planned maintenance (database upgrade) for the eCommerce service (shop.coop.co.uk) undertaken by our 3rd party suppliers Naveo. This will result in the service being unavailable for 2 hours. The maintenance page will be deployed during the upgrade. There will be a live call for the duration of the change between Coop and Naveo to manage this in real time. There will be a status update regarding the upgrade outcome on Thursday 22nd Feb at around 9am.

This will result in the service being unavailable for 2 hours. The maintenance page will be deployed during the upgrade. There will be a live call for the duration of the change between Coop and Naveo to manage this in real time. A further reminder will be sent out closer to the time following all stakeholder acknowledgement.
