Sev 2 Incident - Some members unable to select & redeem offers

    As service has been stable for customers to select and redeem offers since 14:08, this incident is now resolved. We will focus on completing the remedial work for members who were impacted by this incident tomorrow, and a PIR will be arranged after that. No further updates.

    We have noticed that any offer that was selected earlier cannot be added to the member's card despite showing as available. As such, these offers can also not currently be redeemed. We are enquiring with PPS around the possibility of reloading these failed offers onto member's cards and hope to understand more about the remediation plan for this incident soon. Next update 5:30pm.

    The issue whereby some members were unable to select offers is now stabilising and members are able to load their personalised offers onto their cards. We are awaiting an update from our third-party supplier PPS and we will continue to monitor performance. Next update 4pm.

    This incident has been upgraded to a sev2 as members who have selected offers today will be unable to redeem vouchers at the till. PPS are still investigating the issue. Next update 3pm.

  • Investigating

    We are aware of an issue where it appears that some members are unable to select offers. Members are able to select offers, but selections are returning without vouchers and the offers aren't appearing on the members card. This has been happening since 6 o'clock this morning. PPS have been engaged and are investigating.
