Customers have been able to check out on shop.coop.co.uk since yesterday after the new client credential for the basket API was applied and the maintenance page was removed at 2pm. All overnight processes have also successfully ran. A Post Incident Review will be held to discuss any lessons learned. No further updates.

We are placing this incident under watch so that proactive checks can be performed on some other systems to prevent a similar issue from occurring again in the future.
