  Shifts service has now been restored. Since 12:00, there have been over 1000 successful logins and error levels are back within normal range. The maintenance page has therefore been removed. The Shifts service is now in watch status for the remainder of the day. No further updates

• Update

  An issue has been identified on Kronos' platform that is impacting Co-op as well as other Kronos customers. They are attempting to find a resolution, and are providing updates. Next update will be at 14:30 or earlier if we have a significant update.

• Investigating

  We have been made aware of an issue with the Shifts Service which has been unavailable since 09:45am this morning. This has been logged with Kronos, our third party supplier, and is also being investigated internally. A maintenance page has been deployed. Next update at 13:00 or earlier if we have a significant update.
