  Registrations have been working successfully since more cards were created by ACI on Saturday afternoon. This incident will now be resolved and a PIR will be arranged. No further updates.

  Cards have now been loaded onto both ACI servers, and have been validated. A maintenance page was briefly deployed onto the registrations page but this has now been removed and we can see successful registrations again. We will monitor this incident over the weekend with a view to resolving on Monday. Next update Monday 11am.

  The files have been successfully loaded in one of the ACI servers, and are in progress on the second. Once both are completed these will need to be validated and then they should be available for members upon registration. Next update 5pm

  ACI have confirmed that they have had the necessary approval and have started the process of uploading the files. We have been advised that this could take 2-3 hours to complete due to reduced capacity over the weekend. Next update 3pm.

  ACI have confirmed that they should be able to support this out of hours but they need approval to do so. We have been told expect to have an answer by 1pm. Next update 2pm.

  Upon investigation it has been observed that we have run out of member cards which is preventing the completion of the registration journey. We have reached out to ACI as the cards will need to be loaded into the production environment on their end. Next update 1pm.

• Investigating

  We are aware of an issue impacting new member registrations starting around 18:00 on Friday 8th September. Several teams have been investigating however further support is required from the product team who currently have no formal out of hours support in place. We have requested support from the product team and will reconvene with investigations once these colleagues are available. Next update 12pm or earlier in the event of anything significant.
