The issue with the timestamps for delivery slots has been resolved by Naveo. In total 102 orders had to be updated but a number of impacted stores have confirmed that they are able to use the picking app as normal now. We have checked to confirm that no further delivery slot information is being sent to Naveo in the next week, so do not expect this to cause any further issues over the remainder of the festive break. A PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.
