Systems continue to recover. All services within the Customer Products remit are functioning and stable with no further alerts being generated. There are other systems that may still be impacted but these are being managed outside of Customer Products. This remains in watch status. No further updates.
» UpdatedMicrosoft Azure impacting functions seem to be returning to resolved status. Member offers in the app and website are now available. There was impact to Member Pricing too on the ecommerce website so that functionality was switched off but has since been resolved. Member pricing is now enabled. Contacting help desks via phone was also impacted, and is still seeing some impact due to overhang. Its advised to contact helpdesks via other available methods ie Yammer, teams etc. Incident in watch status for now. Next update post 12pm following a check-in call
» UpdatedWe have had reports of a Major Outage on the Microsoft Azure Platform which is the cause of the offers issue at PPS. There are other services which will be impacted by this outage but we are obtaining confirmation of what these are. This could filter down to store / tills level. ACI also seem to be having issues. Next update to be sent approx 9am or once impact assessment has been undertaken.
» UpdatedThe Get Offers function within the app and online has been experiencing timeouts since around 6am this morning (19th July). Members will not be able to load their offers. This has been raised with our 3rd party suppliers as a high priority. Next update 8am
