    Service has been stable since last night and sales of pre-paid plans via the website have been received. A PIR will be scheduled. No further updates.

    Investigations highlighted an issue with a D365 batch job which caused the pre-paid plans to fail. Cancelling the batch job has resolved the issue and this will be rescheduled. We will continue to monitor this issue overnight. Next update 11 a.m.

  • Investigating

    We are aware of an issue that is impacting customer's ability to purchase pre-paid plans on the funeralcare website as plans cannot be retrieved. This is being investigated. Next update 22:00.
