Following a period of monitoring throughout the day, all shop.coop.co.uk online services have remained stable, with no further issues reported. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document will be requested from Naveo, and concurrently, an internal Post-Incident Review (PIR) will be scheduled. No further updates will be provided.

Also reports of slow response. A ticket has been raised directly with 3rd party Naveo for investigation. Digital/e-commerce support teams are engaged and investigating in parallel.
